A few numbers from TTG Travel Experience 2022
This major event, now in its 59th edition, welcomed more than 2,200 exhibitors, including Kumbe. This year saw a 25% increase in attendance, another positive figure which offers encouragement for the future. A strong signal giving reason to believe in the tourism sector and to make up for the time lost because of the difficulties that we are all too aware of, dating back to 2019.
Not just a stand, a town square for meeting and exchanging ideas!
That is how at Kumbe we wanted to actively and proactively participate in this important event. We prepared our stand with the intent of not just telling our story but, most importantly of all, talking directly with our friends and guests about what it means to have a strong digital presence in 2022. So we held three different talks, each special and unique in its own way, thanks to the personal experiences shared by some of our clients.
We wanted to meet people again, to shake hands again, to look each other in the eye and, of course, to talk face-to-face about ideas, projects and visions. For us it was an intense time and, for anyone who was unable to be with us in person, we want to take you there, to experience the positivity and growth that we were able to create.
The client is the most important part of Kumbe’s work, care and listening are the building blocks for any successful digital project.

The Fassa.com project
A project which the majority of the Kumbe tribe worked on for nearly a year, alongside the staff from the Val di Fassa tourist board. Fassa.com is more than a simple web portal, it is a digital ecosystem. It is a resource which allows the Val di Fassa tourist board not just to interact with users and meet their needs, it also triggers cooperation and discussions with other operators in the region.
During this project, Kumbe introduced the first edition of #kumbesmart.
What is #kumbesmart? The whole tribe working remotely for one week. Stimulating and inspiring remote working in the specially selected destination of... Val di Fassa! An opportunity to get to know the region and experience the destination in person, something which we then had to process and represent digitally. And that’s not all: for us, it was a chance to get to know all of the client’s team much better. But enough spoilers, in the coming weeks we will tell you more about this new adventure from Kumbe!
